第24届上海国际电影节开幕在即，这份片单请收好！
第二十四届上海国际电影节将于6月11日晚举行金爵盛典并拉开大幕。站在回顾百年辉煌，开启时代新征程的重要历史节点上，本届上海国际电影节将聚焦主题主线，为中国共产党的百年华诞唱响礼赞之歌。
届时，展现中国共产党百年伟大征程起点的电影《1921》将作为本届电影节开幕影片在金爵盛典上亮相。
除此之外，很多平常没机会看到、海外备受好评的最新电影，在这次电影节期间都会展映。为纪念去年7月在罗马去世的世界著名电影配乐大师恩尼奥·莫里康内，本届上海国际电影节“向大师致敬”单元将展映由莫里康内配乐的多部电影经典；IMAX展映单元以“光影征途”为主题，将有五部IMAX影片与观众见面：其中既包括首度与中国观众见面的中美合拍IMAX科教影片《小行星猎人》和再现登月之旅的《阿波罗11号》，也包括奥斯卡口碑经典《阿甘正传》及曾掀起过观影狂潮的特效大片《魔兽》《环太平洋》等。
A film festival is a carnival for fans as many old and classic movies will be shown. During this year's Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), hundreds of films will be put on screen in some 40 cinemas across the city.
First launched in 1993, the SIFF is the only competitive feature film festival in China approved by the International Federation of Film Producers Associations. The 24th SIFF will be held for 10 days from June 11 to 20, with the Golden Goblet Awards ceremony on June 19.
Different sections based on various themes have been set up, including "Tribute to the Masters," "4K Repair Films" and "IMAX Exhibition."
In the "Tribute to the Masters" section, representative works from four masters will be shown in cinema. Movie fans have the chance to see works from Ennio Morricone, an Italian composer who made music for many world-famous films, including "The Basilisks," "A Fistful of Dollars," "Once Upon a Time in the West," and "The Legend of 1900."

Films by French director Chris Marker, such as "Sunday in Peking," "Letter from Siberia" and "The Lovely Month of May," are also on the list, as are works by Hungarian director Miklos Jancso, like "The Round-up," "The Red and the White," and "Silence and Cry." Fans of Japanese director Masahiro Shinoda will have the chance to see his films, including "Youth in Fury," "The Assassin," and "Gonza the Spearman."
Due to the passage of time, many old movies no longer meet the technical standards for playback. With the help of 4K repair technology, worn-out images in old films can be restored. The SIFF first introduced "4K Repair Films" in 2014 to show the audiences movies restored by digital technologies. Many classic films, including "The Godfather: Part Ⅲ," "Center Stage," "Rouge," and "The Rickshaw Man" will grace the audience over the 10 days.

Five IMAX films have been selected for the festival, including "Asteroid Hunters," "Apollo 11," "Forrest Gump," "Warcraft" and "Pacific Rim."
